The second annual MaineStreamers "Swing into Spring" Senior Expo will be held on April 18 from 10 AM to 2 PM at an exciting new location at the Golf Mill Shopping Center in Niles. This free event for seniors promises to be a fun and beneficial event for all who attend. Last year's inaugural event was a huge success, with approximately 1,000 seniors attending to take advantage of health screenings, raffles, entertainment, and informative presentations. The new location promises to make this year's event especially exciting and convenient.

Program Schedule
Program highlights include a morning session on Chair Aerobics and afternoon session presented by Angela Colville from Rainbow Hospice in Park Ridge. She will discuss options regarding end-of-life care and Five Wishes—a legal document that helps you express how you want to be treated if you are seriously ill and unable to speak for yourself.
