What are the Township hours of business?The township building is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. MaineStay Youth & Family Services is also open until 9 PM Monday through Thursday by appointment only. The days the Township is closed due to holidays are posted on the Maine Township website.
How do I get to the Township Building?The Maine Township Town Hall is located at 1700 Ballard Road, Park Ridge, IL 60068. It is between Greenwood Avenue and Potter Road, across the street from the Lutheran General Nesset Pavilion, and next to Stevenson Elementary School. You can view a map and driving directions.

What volunteer opportunities are there?The MaineStreamers, our active adult 55 plus group, uses volunteers periodically for mailing projects, intergenerational programs, and more.
MaineStay Youth and Family Services utilizes adult volunteers for its youth mentoring program.
MaineStay coordinates the Maine Township FISH program which utilizes volunteer drivers to take non-driving residents to medical appointments.
I am a new resident. What do I need to do?The Clerk's office has a new resident's packet that details everything residents need to know.
How can I get rid of hazardous waste materials such as paint cans, oil, etc.?Maine Township periodically sponsors waste material drop off days. We will post the next scheduled program date on our website.
Where do I get garbage or Cook County stickers?These can be obtained from the Clerk's office.
